Another group of foreign investors, this time from China, visited South Cotabato Province and met with Governor Reynaldo Tamayo Jr on Monday, March 11.
Foreign entrepreneurs expressed their keen interest in investing in the province.
The provincial government presented enticing investment opportunities in value crops and renewable energy to foreign visitors. The discussions also touched upon offering tax incentives and ensuring seamless facilitation of documentary requirements through the South Cotabato Economic Investment Promotions Center (SCEIPC).
The proactive efforts of the provincial government aim to attract more investors and create employment opportunities for the people of South Cotabato.
Governor Tamayo Jr. believes that with the region's abundant natural resources, stability in peace and order, a secure political environment, and a skilled workforce, more investors will be interested in investing in the province.
