Cotabato Province —Police Brigadier General Percival Augustus Placer, the Regional Director of PNP PRO 12, inspected schools and COMELEC checkpoints in Carmen and Kabacan, Cotabato, in preparation for the upcoming plebiscite on April 13.
Authorities visited Manarapan Elementary School in Carmen and Sanggadong Elementary School in Kabacan, two of the schools that will be used as polling centers during the referendum.
He also held a meeting with Kabacan Mayor Evangeline Guzman.
During the meeting, Police Brigadier General Placer was joined by COMELEC 12 Regional Director Atty. Michael Abbas. PBgen Placer discussed measures for the plebiscite in the 63 barangays of SGA.
Police Brigadier General Percival Augustus Placer also visited the COMELEC checkpoints in Brgy. General Luna, Carmen, and Brgy. Kayaga, Kabacan.
