Manila — Duty-Free Philippines has recently launched its online shopping platform. Customers are required to sign up by visiting the Duty-Free website at dutyfreephilippines.com.ph.
Once orders are confirmed, customers can checkout using various payment methods such as credit cards or digital wallets like PayPal, UnionPay, and WeChat Pay.
Items ordered online can be picked up at Duty-Free Philippines shops located at Ninoy Aquino International Airport's Terminals (NAIA) 1 and 3.
The Duty-Free service team is available 24/7 to assist customers through Live Chat, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, and email.
Duty Free Philippines aims to exceed its earnings of 102 million dollars in 2023 and achieve a target income of 162 million dollars, representing a 64 percent increase.
Duty-Free Philippines is an attached agency of the Department of Tourism (DOT).
