Maguindanao del Norte (January 24, 2024) - The Datu Odin Sinsuat Police successfully apprehended the 6th Most Wanted Person in the province, who is also listed as the 10th Most Wanted individual in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
The suspect, who was not identified by the PNP PRO BAR, was arrested on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in Barangay Poblacion Dalican, Datu Odin Sinsuat, following a Warrant of Arrest for a murder case.
The Presiding Judge of the 12th Judicial Region, RTC Branch 13, Cotabato City, issued the Warrant of Arrest on January 15, 2024, without recommending bail.
According to PRO BAR, the suspect is also involved in various illegal activities, including illegal drugs.
The suspect was immediately taken to Datu Odin Sinsuat MPS for booking, documentation, and proper disposition.
PNP BARMM Regional Director, Police Brigadier General Allan Nobleza, commended the successful operation and arrest of the suspect. Provincial Intelligence Unit of Maguindanao del Norte, the Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Unit, and the 2nd Maneuver Platoon of the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company also contributed to the successful operation.
