Cotabato City —Elements of Police Station 3 apprehended Guialuson Guimad, also known as "Commander George," 68-year-old, a Barangay Lupon, residing in Kalanganan 2, Cotabato City.
The arrest was carried out following the issuance of a Warrant of Arrest by the Regional Trial Court, 12th Judicial Region, Branch 27, Cotabato City, for a frustrated murder case.
The court recommended bail of P200,000.00 for the case.
The suspect is now under the custody of Police Station 3, pending a Commitment Order from the court.
The operation was led by Police Station 3 Station Commander PCpt Rustan Deano in coordination with CTU/RDEU POR BAR and CIU.
