Koronadal City —Three high-value individuals were apprehended in a buy-bust operation launched by PNP PRO 12 in Purok Boundary, Barangay Morales, Koronadal City, South Cotabato, on April 14.
The arrested suspects were identified as alias "Manong," a 37-year-old construction worker, and farmers alias "Junjun," 37-year-old, and alias "Enting," 27-year-old.
The operation yielded four plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing 70 grams with a Standard Drug Price equivalent to Php476,000.00.
Also seized during the operation were drug paraphernalia and a Gray Hyundai Bongo Double Cab.
The recovered evidence is now in South Cotabato Police Forensic Unit for examination.
The suspects are currently under the custody of the Koronadal City PNP.
The operation was spearheaded by the Koronadal City Police Station in coordination with 1st PMFC, PPDEU, PIU, SCPPO, RID 12, and RSOG 12, in collaboration with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Unit 12.
